We are looking for WordPress Developers to join our team. You must be proactive, a problem solver, and have excellent capabilities in WordPress Development.


  • At least 2+ years of working experience in PHP/WordPress.
  • Solid PHP knowledge and a good understanding of advanced PHP concepts eg. OOP, Namespace, Traits, etc.
  • Sound knowledge in front-end eg. HTML/CSS.
  • Basic to Intermediate JavaScript knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of WordPress Core features eg. actions/hooks, rest API, post-types, taxonomies, post-meta, database structures, etc.
  • Good understanding of PHP/WordPress coding standards.
  • Must be able to write quality code, following the coding standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Must be polite and should have good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Fast learner, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.

Preferable Skills:

If you have the following skills, it will be a plus and put you ahead of others. But they are not 100% required if you are a fast learner.

  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in other PHP frameworks (eg. Laravel).
  • Knowledge of Software design patterns.
  • Experience in Vue/React.
  • VPS/Server knowledge.


  • Your degree & results do not matter as long as you have skills.


  • Tailor solutions to meet specific client needs beyond standard offerings.
  • Develop enterprise-level WordPress plugins and themes.
  • Fix bugs, and help the technical support team.
  • Engage in various company projects and tasks as required.


  • BDT 50,000 – BDT 60,000 (Depends on your experience).
