We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to fix technical issues escalated by our Support Team.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and fix WordPress plugin-related issues.
• Identify whether an issue is site-specific or a valid plugin bug.
• Provide fixes for site-specific issues.
• Submit a GitHub Pull Request when the issue requires changes in our core plugin.
• Test fixes and share clear technical notes with the Support Team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress plugin development, hooks, APIs and database structure.
• Excellent PHP and OOP knowledge.
• Strong JavaScript and jQuery skills.
• Experience debugging PHP errors, JavaScript errors, plugin conflicts and server-related issues.
• Good knowledge of MySQL, Git and GitHub workflows.
• Ability to work with an existing plugin codebase.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up debugging and development while reviewing and testing the generated code.

Plus Points

React or Vue.js experience.

Remuneration

Up to 30,000 BDT.
